The Toronto International Film Festival is still underway and from September 10-12, stars attended premieres for such movies as "Byzantium," "To the Wonder," and "Antiviral." Although the films are at the center of the event, fashion is a huge part of it. Unfortunately, some stars failed in that department and walked the red carpet in something that should have been burned or at the very least left at home. So which celebs were some of the worst dressed at the Toronto International Film Festival from September 10 -12?
One of the biggest mistakes some ladies in Hollywood make is that they have fabulous figures but cover themselves up with way too much fabric. At the premiere for "To the Wonder," the 33-year-old beauty did just that. She wore a forest green one-arm Elie Saab gown that had way too much fabric on the bodice. All that extra fabric looked sloppy and did nothing for her at all. We also have to admit that we're not huge fans of one-arm dresses. Two thumbs down for this look.
At the premiere for "Disconnect" on September 11, the actress was disconnected from her fashion sense as she stepped out in a long-sleeve Dolce & Gabbana dress that had way too much going on. The floral and art detailing may look good on walls and rugs, but not on the dress. To make matters worse, it did nothing for her figure and her hair was just a mess. She finished off the look with black stockings and pumps.
We're not exactly sure what look the 56-year-old was going for, but jungle chic may have been it. She attended the premiere of "Antiviral" wearing a short leopard print dress, black satin heels with bows on them and some severely tousled hair. There's nothing good about this look at all.
The short floral Alexander McQueen dress that the Irish actress wore was lovely except for the hideous brown detailing that completely screwed up the lovely pink. It looked like she got mud on her dress. The black Ferragamo booties weren't working with the ensemble at all and her hair was way too messy. We would have been willing to overlook the hair and shoes, but the brown in the dress makes the whole outfit a big fashion don't.
The actress attended the "Hyde Park on the Hudson" premiere wearing a red dress that had a neckline completely covered in black feathers. There's not even enough words to express how bad this look is. We could go over a list of things that the collar looks like, but we'll leave it up to your imagination to decide.
Who gets your vote for the worst look at the Toronto International Film Festival from September 10 - 12?
