William Levy, that gorgeous 31-year-old Cuban actor and former model, who came to America at 14 years of age, and who makes women, as well as "Dancing with the Stars"' judge Bruno Tonioli, squirm, is suffering from an ankle injury. Even though the Latin hunk seems to be in perfect shape, dancing is one word - hard, especially when you're teamed with two time champ of "DWTS," Cheryl Burke.
"Just Wanted to let u know that I injured my right ankle pretty bad during rehearsal.. MRI tomorrow. I'll let u all know .. Love u all," tweeted William.
And tweeted his dancing partner Burke, "Hoping that everything turns out ok with Williams ankle injury. Unfortunately things like this happens but praying it's nothing serious."
Ever since the luscious Telemundo actor moved his hips on the dance floor to Pitbull's "International Love," women are going crazy. Levy has that perfect face and perfect body that has lit up TV screens and magazine covers for years, and after his "DWTS" run, he's set to become a major American superstar.
As far as that injured ankle, his screaming fans will get him through it. He'll be dancing on adrenaline, and do we really think that Levy would drop out anyway?
There have been other "DWTS" dancers who got injured along the way. For example, "Dirty Dancing's" Jennifer Grey danced her way to Mirror Ball success despite sustaining pain from a previous neck surgery. This season, professional wrestler Maria Menounos is dancing with broken ribs. (We're not sure how that's possible, but she's doing it.) Now it's William's turn, and we're certain that despite his ankle, he'll take one for Team Levy and suit up for the task, just like an injured football player would for the Super Bowl.
Levy has the fans, but he also has the moves. Despite his injury, if he wins the trophy, we won't be surprised.
