What's The Secret To Marla Maples' Rockin' Bod?

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- At age 44, Marla Maples can still cartwheel with the best of them, as she proved for photographers earlier this week.

Of course, since Marla is in sizzling shape, that shouldn't really be a surprise.

But when she sat down for an interview with Access Hollywood's Billy Bush, he couldn't resist comparing Marla's rockin' bod with an iconic "Ten."

"You know that movie 'Ten' with Bo Derek?" Billy asked Marla.

"I love that movie. I love Bo Derek, she's beautiful," Marla said.

"We call this 11," Billy joked, as he watched the footage of Marla doing cartwheels on the beach.

So what is Marla's secret to her amazing physique?

"Is it yoga? Is it Pilates? How are you so strong?" Billy inquired.

"I like to mix it up. I played competitive basketball for about 12 years and I love that. I love to get out and be a tomboy," Marla revealed. "But in order to stay healthy, Pilates is a really great way, and yoga is a great way to really stay fit from the inside out."

On a mission to inspire others to find their "personal best" body, Marla is eating right and practicing meditation.

"I do feel great, and I feel so blessed and grateful for it. I've gone through a lot of difficult times, we made it through and I have an incredible daughter," Marla continued.

So with her fantastic physique, is Marla putting it to good use as sexy single?

"So what about you? Are you dating?" Billy asked.

"I'm so happily single," Marla smiled.
