The comedian (who roasted President Barack Obama at the White House Correspondents Dinner last week) and her wife, Alex, welcomed twins on April 27, her rep confirms to Usmagazine.com.
"All are happy and healthy and at home," Sykes' rep told Us Wednesday.
Alex gave birth to the couple's first children, daughter Olivia Lou and son Lucas Claude. Olivia weighed 6 lbs., 7 oz., and was 19 inches long. Lucas was born at 7 lbs., 9 oz., and was an inch taller than his sister.

The New Adventures of Old Christine star met her female partner in 2006, and the two got married on Oct. 25, 2008 in California. It wasn't until November, however, that the actress publicly came out at a same-sex marriage rally regarding Proposition 8 in Las Vegas.

Sykes split from David Hall in 1998 after seven years of marriage.
