How does American Idol's Shannon Magrane really feel about the pass Steven Tyler made at her during auditions?

When asked by Magrane's father how he was enjoying Boston, Tyler replied that it was "hot, humid and happening — just like your daughter." Though it played as an awkward moment on the show, Magrane now says her family laughs it off.

"My dad just brushed it off it off his shoulder," the 16-year-old tells TVGuide.com. "We look back on it and we're like, 'It's the funniest thing ever! Our family loves it."

Although Magrane says she's upset she was eliminated just one week shy of making the Idol summer tour, she understands the decision. "I agree with the judges that they should save their 'save' for later."
