  I always wanted to be famous but I know I wouldn't want to deal with the whole waight thing these celebs go through.   Of course she would have surgery somewhere else, they were probably too embarrased to do it here and no one would have known had it not been for the complications. Maybe she wanted her beauty to be more than skin deep! Or, like someone else mentioned, could have been vaginal tightening, that old still spitting out children would make for a loose one, and hey, gotta keep up with the competion!

  She is her own women and her choices arr her's alone. However, she should have waited a little because she just had a baby and I think that going to a country like Brazil to have plastic surgery was not very smart of her. I wonder if she even researched all the pros and cons ofnot having surgery in the States v. Brazil.

• Have we learned nothing from Donda West. Why did she go to Brazil to get this "routine procedure" which is probably code for lipo and a tummy tuck? Usher has the money so obviously she went there to be private about the matter. But guess what, you want to some wack ass dr. who probably did his residency in Tijuana and now everybody knows about it. How embarrassing. Hope she is ok
