UPDATED: Michelle Rodriguez's Probation To Be Revoked?

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (September 28, 2007) Michelle Rodriguez is in trouble with the law.

Prosecutors in Los Angeles want the former "Lost" star's probation on several charges including hit and run and driving under the influence, revoked for allegedly failing to fulfill her community service obligations.

In documents obtained by Access Hollywood, prosecutors allege that Rodriguez turned in papers claiming she performed only 16 days of community service out of 30 days.

Also, one of those days is being called into question September 25, 2006.

In the court filing, prosecutors contend Rodriguez claims to have done community service on that date, in California. They claim a paper was submitted to them, signed by Rodriguez and her supervisor verifying this date.

Unfortunately for Michelle, the prosecution claims she also informed them on August 17, 2007, that she was in New York on September 25, 2006, the exact date she was supposedly in LA completing the terms of her probation.

As a result of the conflicting reports, the prosecution claims all of Rodriguez's community service should be called into question.

Lawyers are asking Rodriguez to admit she is violation of her probation.

If she does not, they are asking a judge to end her probation and impose the maximum sentence for her crimes including "substantial jail time." Prosecutors want her to serve her time in county jail, "without any early release for any reason."

They also want her, if she doesn't admit the alleged violation, to re-do her community service.

On Friday afternoon Rodriguez's lawyers asked for a continuance on the case and a judge granted their request.

The actress will now have to complete 16 hours of Cal Trans community service, with proof of completion, before her next court date on October 12.

If she does not complete the community service as directed the judge said there will be no exceptions made.
