UPDATED: Britney & Kevin Out Of Court

11:14 AM PDT - Britney and Kevin's hearing is now over.
On the steps of the courthouse, court spokesperson Alan Parachini was asked how long will this case go on?

"For as long as it takes to resolve this case in the way the court wants to see it resolved," he said.
Parachini also noted, "Britney was very business like."

The court made a change in the visitation status, but the details of the change were not made public.
Stacey Phillips will no longer be representing Britney, and Laura Wasser is her new lawyer.

Britney's parenting coach, Lisa Hacker, was also in court today.
Kevin and Britney's next court date is scheduled for July 15, and the case is still on the calendar to go to trial.

9:50 AM -- Everyone returns to the courtroom. Britney is sworn in.
Judge: "State your name."
Britney: "Britney."
Judge (laughing): "Full name please."
Britney: "Britney Spears."
Kevin is then sworn in.
Media is asked to step outside and the hearing begins.
9:32 AM -- Both attorneys are out of the judge's chambers. The judge is now hearing other cases before Britney and Kevin's and will see to their case shortly.
Seizing the opportunity for a respite from the courtroom, Britney is on the roof of the courthouse taking a cigarette break.
9:06 AM - Attorneys for Britney and Kevin, Laura Wasser and Mark Vincent Kaplan, have entered the judge's chambers. Britney and Kevin remain in the courtroom.
8:59 AM - The judge for the case has not entered the courtroom.
There room is calm, according to Access Hollywood's source on the scene.
Britney glanced over to Kevin's side of the room a few times, while he is busy talking to his attorneys.
8:40 AM - Britney appears to be in good spirits in the courtroom. She smiles as she sits in between her lawyers, Blair Berk and Laura Wasser.
Kevin entered the courtroom after Britney, wearing a charcoal gray suit.
8:15 AM -- Britney and Kevin arrive to the courthouse within minutes of each other.
Britney arrives to the courthouse, covering her face with a newspaper.
The pop star had on a white top, khaki capris, and heels. Britney wore her hair straight and slick.
