Ugly Betty's Eric Mabius and his wife, interior designer Ivy Sherman, have welcomed a baby boy, Rylan Jaxon Mabius, his rep confirms to Usmagazine.com.

"My wife is due any minute, so we won't have time to travel but we'll go home to Amherst, Mass., for the holidays," he told Usmagazine.com at a GQ event in NYC on Dec. 2. "She is very, very pregnant! She looks beautiful!"

As for the name Rylan?

He said his wife had wanted "to go with something French like Etienne," he said. But if they went with that name, "the kid will have to start taking karate in like second grade," he joked.

This is the second child for the couple, who welcomed son Maxfield Elliot in June 2006.
