BEIJING, China -- Top U.S. swimmer Ryan Lochte is sick with the runs, and has been for 48 hours, his dad told Access Hollywood Monday afternoon in Beijing.

Dad also tells Access that he loves that his son is a stud, and he says that Ryan is killin' it with the ladies.

Lochte is swimming three events in Beijing: the 400m IM, the 200m IM and the 200m back.

He received the bronze medal in the 400m IM on Sunday morning - teammate Michael Phelps won the gold.

The 24 year-old from Daytona Beach, FL is 6'2" / 185 pounds, and has three dogs, named Tike, Zeus and Spidy.
