The list ranges from celebrity chef Brian Hill, who was a former contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef," to actor and musician Jamie Foxx .

Host Tatyana Ali also conducted some of the interviews in a date like setting with some of the eligible bachelors in the top ten, like San Francisco 49ers football player Vernon Davis, rising film star Brandon Jackson and prime time actor Hosea Chanchez, to ensure they had the qualities to make the list.

"After conducting a thorough search to identify which guys in black Hollywood are truly single, I along with my team of very finicky female staffers built a distinct eligibility index that reflects what women really want in a man," says Monique Chenault, Senior Producer, TV One Access. "Each bachelor on the countdown is a real prince charming in some way, but number one embodies EVERYTHING that female fantasies are made of!"

Among the men making the list? In no particular order, "CSI's" Hill Harper, Chef Brian Hill from "Top Chef," Brit actor Idris Elba, 49er tight end Vernon Davis, Dallas Cowboys star Terrell Owens , Oscar winner Jamie Foxx , movie star Dwayne " The Rock " Johnson, " The Game 's" Hosea Chancez and "Fast & Furious 4" star Brandon T. Davis.

Tune into TV One Access (check local listings) to find out who made the top slot!

as a single parent of 16year old male it is hard at times to keep him focus. how do the single dads that are stares keep focus and keep stability in the home? not looking for a man to take care of us, put it would be nice to meet mr.right as they are seen on the red carpet. as a down to earth, southern girl it seems all the "regular men" want you take care of them! any help?

"Daddy's checkbook", come on insatiable! Why does everyone think just because your white your rich? That is a sterotype and just as many white people can't go to college as black people. You better watch some of the award shows. It is not all white people like you say. Most white people are hard working people trying to get by and do the best for their kids. We do

Do you understand Paula that there is a past and a present? It seems to me that black people want to keep the past in the present so they can do whatever they want and justify it by bringing up the past. You know as well as everybody else that if white people had any type of award show or used the words "hottest white males" that the NAACP would swoop down like vultures screaming

OMG. I don't see color, I see ignorance. That goes for any race that shows it. The whole race thing is disgusting. People need to grow up. I agree with PRTHD4lfe

"black Hollywood"? Wow. We have just degraded ourselves. Last time I checked, Hollywood, was a big ass place in one section not devided into two ethnic entities. I am so tired of the race game. Every one is multi-racial anyway. Geeze

i understand times have changed, but there was a very strong precedent set that has left a very ugly scar on our country. And you know what, these organizations are doing well and it's kind of pathetic to see people try to argue the validity of there existence, it makes me sad. Isn't that good old american values? Make for yourself when you aren't given? so how in the world

DO you even understand the history of america? at a point in time, black people couldnt go to college. so you know what they made there own colleges.. now the money had to come from somewhere right? black people couldnt very well go for the same scholarships as white people so they had to make up there own organization to help better themselves. when you arent given a way, you have to make a way.
