LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Tori Spelling gave birth to her first daughter, Stella Doreen McDermott, earlier today.
A rep for the former "90210" star confirmed the news to OK!

"She's here! She's a healthy baby girl," the rep said. "Tori and baby are resting comfortably."
The baby was delivered at 3:13 PM local time. Stella weighed 6 lbs 8 oz.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Tori scheduled a C-section at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and checked in to the hospital earlier today for the birth.
Stella is the second famous baby to be born in the hospital in under a week.

BezulBCherry (and others) - she didn't 'have' to have a c-section. Most Hollywood celebrities have ELECTIVE c-sections so they can schedule the birth around their own oooh so busy life and have a tummy tuck at the same time (seriously - that's what they do).
