Don't raise your eyebrows at Tila Tequila 's friendship with Meghan McCain.

"People may think we are so different, but she is a Scorpio and I'm a Scorpio, and we have very strong opinions about things," Tequila told Usmagazine.com at Bravo's A-List Awards Sunday in L.A.

Us recently reported that the two had lunch at the famed Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood after contacting each other through Twitter. (Tequila had read that McCain looked up to her.)

Now, McCain "is a really good friend of mine," Tequila told Us.

Referring to politics, Tequila added, "I am more that side of the world as opposed to Hollywood socialite. I would rather be in that world."
