Taylor Swift's new song "White Horse" will premiere on Thursday's season premiere of Grey's Anatomy, she tells Usmagazine.com exclusively.

It will be the first time fans will get to hear the tune, which is featured on her new album, Fearless (out November 11). The CD's first single, "Love Story," is out now at radio and available on iTunes.

"Finding out I have a song in Grey's Anatomy was one of the very few times in my life I've broken down crying out of happiness," she tells Us.

She adds, "That show is my biggest obsession -- and my longest relationship to date. Ha! I'm so happy, I don't even know what to do with myself."
