New reports have surfaced that the 22-year-old country cutie has purchased a house in Hyannis Port, Mass., near the famous Kennedy compound -- where she's been spending a lot of time this summer. According to The Boston Globe, the property was originally listed for $13.5 million, but was sold for $4.9 million. This wouldn't come as a surprise considering Taylor has been soaking in the summer sun at the Cape with her new 18-year-old boyfriend. Taylor and Conor were joined by friends and family on a lovely afternoon sailboat ride on July 28 where they were photographed cuddling and holding hands!
