It's going to be a long week!
On the Season 4 premiere of the CBS chatfest "The Talk," the ladies talked (and talked and talked!) and one of them let out a shocking secret in the process. But you'll have to tune in every day during premiere week to hear the deep, dark secrets of all five of the show's hosts.
The new "The Talk Tells All!" segment will feature Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Aisha Tyler, and Sheryl Underwood alternately revealing personal, intimate secrets that they have never discussed publicly before.
While the "secret" segment has long been teased -- in an interview last week with "Entertainment Tonight," host Julie Chen rated her story "between a 7 and an 8" on a scale of 10 and added it was something she never felt comfortable enough to reveal until now -- it could be freeing for some of the show's hosts.
Sharon Osbourne has never shied away from talking about her personal life - she's talked in detail about everything from her marriage to her family's health problems -- but in an interview with CBS News, Osbourne said no one knows this particular secret: "I've never even told my family," she said.
So what was it?
On Monday's "Talk" premiere, Osbourne revealed that when she was 25 years old she had a fling with a guy she met in the club. He later ended things when he met the "real" love of his life, but they remained pals.
"Who was the guy I had a flingy wingy with?" she asked. "That man was Jay Leno."
Yep, it seems that before married the Prince of Darkness, Sharon had a romp with the King of Late Night. But she was careful not to kiss and tell too much! She acknowledged that Jay was a good kisser and said she couldn't remember if their sexcapades were "good" or not because it was "such a long time ago."
So with Sharon dropping that major bombshell, can the other "Talk" co-hosts match her long-kept secret?
Julie Chen revealed that only a few people know her secret: "And not that they would ever reveal it to hurt me, but you own that power if you reveal it and no one can ever hurt you with that secret," she said.
She recently told omg! Insider: "My secret will have video…and pictures to back it up. I will have physical, tangible proof about my secret. I can say this, when this thing happened in my life it caused a little bit of a scandal with those that I love and care about - my family."
And in an interview with TV Guide, Sara Gilbert put her "wildly personal secret" in the "embarrassing" category.
"It's a tough assignment," she said. "You don't want to make it too serious or depressing, so I think we'll all fall into the embarrassing category. Mine certainly is. I almost blurted it out once before on the show but stopped myself because I felt I'd be going too, too far."
