Story photo: Stars Say Farewell to MTV's TRLUs Magazine
MTV's Total Request Live ended its 10-year run Sunday with a live, two-hour finale from NYC's Times Square.

Christina Aguilera, Hilary Duff, Justin Timberlake, Kid Rock and Diddy -- who made a record 37 appearances on the show -- were among the stars who popped by. Eminem even phoned in and said, "I feel like they're tearin' down my home."

Beyonce opened the finale -- which was hosted by Carson Daly and Damien Fahey -- with her latest singles "If I Were a Boy" and "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)." She also indulged the audience with a throwback performance of her 2003 hit "Crazy in Love."

Another highlight: Travis Barker, who appeared via satellite from Los Angeles in his first televised interview since surviving his Sept. 19 crash.

"Every day gets better. I feel better every day," he told fans. "I'm already playing my drums again and am back in the studio. I'm thankful to be able to play."

It wasn't hard for stars to remember their favorite TRL moments.

Check out TRL's most unforgettable moments.

"I literally grew up watching TRL. The first episode came on when I was 8, so it has been a huge fixture in my life," Taylor Swift told Usmagazine.com. "When I was 14, I was actually on a trip to New York City with my friends. We snuck in to TRL ... and watched Hilary Duff!"

Benji Madden's highlight?

"We got to meet Will Ferrell! He was on the same day we were!" he told Us. "That was fun."

For NSYNC alum JC Chasez, "Some of the most surreal moments are obviously the crowds outside. It seemed like the more we were on TRL, the more people showed up outside."

Longtime host Vanessa Minnillo said she couldn't pick just one moment.

"I do know one thing that sticks out is when I was hosting and Mark Wahlberg was my guest," she told Us. "A crazed fan came and attacked him, so being the damsel in distress that I was, I threw my guest in front of me to defend myself, of course! That clip has now played over and over and over, and it's a running joke here."

See Vanessa Minnillo's most romantic moments with Nick Lachey.

Daly told Us, "Nothing really stood out. I guess traveling, like TRL at the Super Bowl was incredible. I lived in The Bahamas one summer, which was nuts. We did TRL there. It was more like those bigger chunks that were cool. It was crazy."

Well we just have to see what Carson Daily does next. I'm sure what ever he does he will be successful at it. He was a really good host and the show did showcase many of todays talents.

Is this really a shocker? When was the last time that they really played a full video? It shouldn't be called MTV anymore it should be called RTV for all the reality crap that is on there, who honestly cares if little Suzy gets a porsche for her sweet 16? I watch VH1 and only for the videos which is sad because I remember VH1 being older music now it has alot of newer music.
