Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are set to marry at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena<br />Access Hollywood / MTVAccess Hollywood
LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag 's wedding day has finally arrived.
After a symbolic elopement in Mexico last November and a trip to the Beverly Hills courthouse which failed to see them say "I do," the longtime "Hills" couple are seemingly about to go through with the real thing.

Guests began arriving to the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena for the nuptials in the mid-afternoon, according to an Access Hollywood reporter, who saw fellow "Hills" star Lo Bosworth entering the church around 3 PM. According to another source on the scene, Brody Jenner arrived some 10 minutes earlier after being dropped off in front of the church.
Spencer has been at the church all day, popping out before the beginning of the ceremony to hug teenage fans, the source told Access.

With the wedding about to begin, a skywriter soared about the venue, writing "Spencer Loves Heidi" numerous times.
Earlier in the day on Saturday, several police were on the scene while a crew set up lighting rigs for the evening's filming.
Spencer and Heidi began dating in the summer of 2006, which created "Hills" drama for Heidi's friendship with series star Lauren Conrad . Though recent episodes of the MTV show has seen the two reconnecting, that followed months of feuding over a rumored sex tape purportedly starring Lauren and her ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler - a rumor that Lauren put an end to at this week's PaleyFest09 panel for the show.

"We actually have it on tape," Lauren told the filled room of fans. "[Spencer] takes responsibility and apologizes for it."
And that wasn't Spencer's only recent announcement - as previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, he and his bride-to-be will be starring alongside 8 other celebs in NBC's "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!," a reality competition that kicks off on June 1.
