LONDON, England, U.K. -- Gerry Boyle, the brother of "Britain's Got Talent" finalist Susan Boyle, says the singer has left a mental health care facility and is now living in London, thanks to the show's judge, Simon Cowell.
Access Hollywood's Billy Bush spoke to Gerry earlier today about his sister's release.

"She's fine. She's great! The trip to the clinic was a temporary measure to give her a bit of peace and quiet and a couple days rest and she's up for it," Gerry said. "Now the conversation can start on where we go from here!"
When Billy asked if Simon was taking care of the London apartment Susan is now living in, Gerry replied, "I think [he] is actually, yes. Such is the commitment that Simon has decided, 'Yes we've got a budding star here,' and who wouldn't say that?
"He has taken the step of putting Susan into a place in the middle of London, which is wonderful," Gerry continued. "I was laughing today, I thought isn't it great you come from a tiny house in Blackburn and you're now living up in the middle of London... It is a measure of Simon's support and commitment and it is much appreciated."
Now that Susan has had a chance to rest, Gerry said she is ready to move on to the next step in her career.
"The great news there is, I've just left Simon... in London and he says he will look after her," Gerry said. "She's great and we want to do the right thing. We want to make sure she is well managed and more importantly, that she is happy and ready to do it."

For your information Simon is worth millions and he only gets 10 percent out of what the singers make. If they don't make it, he gets nothing or only 10 percent.
