LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Spencer Pratt may be reality TV's most popular punch line, but when it comes to bad guys, apparently Simon Cowell has got him beat.

Cowell was voted Reality TV's Best Villain in a new poll conducted by AOL Television. The "Idol" judge garnered 39 percent of the vote, while Pratt earned just 10 percent.

Also ranking in the top five bad guys was Dick from "Big Brother 8" (24 percent), Dustin Diamond from "Celebrity Fit Club" (16 percent), Lisa from "Top Chef" (7 percent) and Taylor from "Kid Nation" (4 percent).

But the candid Cowell wasn't the only category winner from "Idol." Fellow judge Paula Abdul was dubbed the worst judge in reality TV with 42 percent of the votes, besting the likes of JC Chasez, Tyra Banks, Piers Morgan and Len Goodman.

However, it wasn't all bad news for FOX's smash singing show. "American Idol" was voted Best Reality Show, narrowly beating out "Dancing With the Stars" - 33 percent to 32 percent.

"Idol's" final accolade came in the Hottest Hook Up category, with viewers selecting "Idol" alums Kimberly Caldwell and David Cook over Amanda and Ozzy from "Survivor: Micronesia."

And when it comes to "Idol's" Sexiest Contestant, Michael Johns takes the cake (39 percent) over David Cook (20 percent), Kristy Lee Cook (17 percent), Brooke White (10 percent), Jason Castro (8 percent) and Syesha Mercado (6 percent).

Meanwhile, "Flavor of Love" was voted the Worst Reality Show as well as the Show You'd Never Go On and Scariest Star honors went to Flavor Flav.

Though Flav is Scary, the title of Skankiest Star belongs to "Shot at Love's" Tila Tequila.

So while Flav is definitely not hot, according to the viewers, "Dancing With the Stars" cutie Julianne Hough certainly is, as she was dubbed Hottest Female Star over second-place finisher Kim Kardashian (who ironically also finished third in the Skankiest category).

When it came to the men, fellow "Dancing" star Jason Taylor two-stepped home with the title, beating out the likes of Mario Lopez and Brody Jenner.

Speaking of the guys, the aforementioned Spencer Pratt also found himself as a finalist in one other category - he finished second to gal pal Heidi Montag (33 percent) in the vote for the Biggest "Hills" Bitch.

The AOL Television Reality TV Awards poll on the best and worst of reality television in America was conducted July 9-23 and attracted over 1.3 million votes.

    I love Simon ---- he's so cool and truthful.At lease with Simon he shoots straight from the hip. He seems to be a great judge of character. At least he's not a Paula - "You made it your own" or Randy "Hey Dawg". If the contestants can't take the constructive criticism, then they don't belong in the biz.
