Enrique Iglesias showed off his chiseled abs and impressive physique Friday. The singer, accompanied by girlfriend Anna Kournikova, family and friends, spent the holidays on a yacht in St. Barts.
Thirty-six-year-old Iglesias says his impressive physique doesn't require a lot of effort. "I work out like once a week," he recently told the Daily Beast. "But you would laugh at my workout. I'll pick up a dumbbell and do 10 reps, and then I'm like, OK, that's it."

Tennis pro Kournikova, 30, maintains her flawless physique as part of her job. She joined the cast of The Biggest Loser as a trainer to help others' get in shape, but confirmed in November that she would not be returning for a second season on the show.
