Sharon Osbourne is standing by her man!
The outspoken television host took to the airwaves to open up about her husband Ozzy Osbourne's admission that he has relapsed. During the episode of her show, "The Talk," set to air today, the star opened up about her reaction to the news that her husband was again battling drug and alcohol addiction.
"Everybody knows he's been struggling with this his entire life and I never knew that he was using prescription drugs," she revealed. "I knew he was drinking occasionally, but but I didn't realize to what extent. It's our business - we're dealing with it. We're not getting divorced. However, am I happy? No. Am I upset? Yes, I am - I'm devastated right now."
She added, "It's a disease that not only hurts the person that has the disease but it hurts the family. It hurts people that love you and we're dealing with it. We've dealt with worse and we will deal with it and this too shall pass. Otherwise my husband will be taken to the hospital to get my foot removed from his a--."
Things are looking up for the couple following Ozzy's Facebook admission about his relapse and the news that he is now more than 44 days sober.
With the news that she is staying by Ozzy's side through this latest setback, the star joins an elite group of ladies who have stuck by their man through thick and thin. Here are some of the celebrities who stood by their man:
Hilary Clinton: Long before she had Presidential aspirations for herself, the former Secretary of State was a First Lady to-be sitting next to her man amid infidelity allegations during his first run for President. At the time Clinton sat down with "60 Minutes" to declare that she wasn't "some little woman standing by my man like Tammy Wynette." That mantra took the political superstar far as she stayed by his side through the whole Monica Lewinsky scandal.
Gwen Stefani: It was quite a surprise when Gavin Rossdale learned that he was the father of a 15-year-old daughter, Daisy Lowe, in 2004. No one was more surprised than his wife of two years, Gwen Stefani. The rocker had had a brief relationship with Lowe's mother, Pearl, in the late 80s and he was the child's godfather. It took a paternity test to reveal the truth to both his wife and the whole world. Somehow they were able to put the secret behind them adding two sons, Kingston and Zuma, to the family.
Rosetta Getty: Nothing says "I love you" like a picture of your husband basking naked in a hot tub with a young actress! After being married for almost ten years and having four children together, the wife of actor Balthazar Getty was ready to show him the door after he conducted a very public affair with actress Sienna Miller in 2008. The couple initially separated before finding a way to reconcile. Of the split the actor told Harper's Bazaar, "Here's the bottom line: It was a very challenging time for everyone involved, but I loved and missed my family too much not to make it work. Rosetta is understanding enough and spiritual enough to let us try. In a way it - I don't know... I feel like we're better than we've ever been."
