Months after he filed for divorce, Shaquille O'Neal and his wife
Shaunie are getting back together.
"Things are great, and we're moving on to the good stuff," she
tells
Extra. "We've both learned a lot and
know that our family comes first and that's the main thing for both
of us."
On Thursday while promoting the launch of her new video-sharing Web
site she also told the Associated Press, "Neither one of us could
probably answer why we were getting [divorced] in the first
place.
"Things have been going so great, that someone actually had to
remind us that 'Hey, you do remember those papers are still there.'
Literally, it was days ago," she said. "So, we've agreed that
before we leave Florida in a few days we'll make sure that that's
gone away."

Shaquille who has four children with Shaunie filed for divorce in
Miami-Dade Circuit Court last September after nearly five years of
marriage.
"The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken," read
the petition, which also stated that the couple have a prenuptial
agreement.
In the petition, he claimed that Shaunie, a local TV personality,
has been "secretive about her assets" and demanded a "correct
accounting of all money, funds, stocks, bonds, and other securities
(including bearer securities)" she acquired during their
marriage.
She also had requested copies of the basketball star's
$20-million-a-year contract with the Miami Heat and all tax
records.

The two wed in a private ceremony at the Beverly Hills Hotel on
December 26, 2002.

In addition to their four children, Shaq also has a daughter,
Taahirah, from a previous relationship; Shaunie has a son,
Myles.
