The former Party of Five star will play Donnie, an assistant U.S. attorney with a less-than-perfect moral compass who's been recently transferred back to Chicago. Though Donnie pretends his return is nothing but a coincidence, he has a secret agenda involving Kate (Rachael Leigh Cook), his soon-to-be ex-wife.
