"I'm really excited," the actor told People. "I think it's going to be awesome."
Despite Hader's day job actually taking place at nighttime, he said he plans to use his newborn - the sex of which the couple has not yet discovered -- as an excuse in front of his castmates.

"Everybody will have to understand when I'm really tired," he told the mag. "Kidding - I'm actually handling it well."
While plenty of parents talk to their babies in a host of voices, Hader's child may hear a few more than most thanks to the vocally-talented dad. Hader boasts a hefty impersonation repertoire including Vincent Price, "Dateline's" Keith Morrison, Al Pacino, John Mayer, Daniel Radcliffe, Gregory Peck and Ryan Seacrest.
