Over the weekend, they attended Howard Stern's wedding together, had brunch at NYC's Spitzers Corner and hit a Saturday Night Live afterparty.
Despite the string of dates, she declined to give Barbara Walters a relationship update on Tuesday's The View.
"In total respect to you and your legendness," Silverman said, "I do not feel beholden or compelled to define my personal relationship ..."
"Oh, come off it," Joy Behar interrupted.
Replied Silverman: "It's not like a big drama thing, we're just not defining it. We're just being right now. Is that okaaaay?"
Kimmel and Silverman split in July after five years of dating.
"They remain close friends," their rep told Us last week after photos surfaced of them holding hands in L.A.
Silverman even thanked Kimmel when she picked up her award at the Creative Arts Emmys for the satirical music video "I'm F------ Matt Damon" earlier this month.
"Thanks to the person for whom this whole video was made: Jimmy Kimmel, who broke my heart ohh, who'll always have a place in my heart," Silverman said.
