Sarah Palin had a good laugh watching
Tina Fey impersonate her on this weekend's
Saturday Night Live season premiere.
Look back at how SNL has spoofed politicians over the years.
Palin was on her campaign plane at the time, watching it behind a curtain.
She thought it was quite funny, particularly because she once dressed up as
Tina Fey for Halloween, her spokesperson Tracey Schmitt told
CBS News.
In the clip -- which also starred
Amy Poehler as
Hillary Clinton -- the two pleaded for an end to sexism in the presidential campaigns.
Fey presented Palin as being less experienced than Clinton.
As Poehler's Clinton bragged about her foreign policy experience, Fey's Alaskan governor exclaimed: "I can see Russia from my house!"
When Poehler said she disagreed with the Bush Doctrine, Fey's Palin whispered, "I don't know what that is" - a reference to Palin's confusion on the subject in an ABC News interview last week.
