  Interesting, because I had all three of my kids in my twenties-21, 24 and 28. I'd also like to point out that my husband is 2 years younger and was only 19 when our first was born. We have given everything (happily and willingly) to them and I would do it again in a heartbeat. YOU MAKE THE CHOICE, who is more important-you or that little miracle? I knew the moment I laid eyes on mine.

  I am now 30 and have two kids, ages 8 and 5. Both were planned w/ my husband of 10 years. Our kids are well taken care of and are provided well. It depends on the person and the maturity level. I am glad I had kids young. I will still be young when they get out on their own one day and I can I will still be young enough to enjoy life.

  I agree whole heartedly with Sarah Michelle Geller. Having a kid in your 30s is a better idea because 20-somethings are still young and naive and wouldn't be able to tend to a child properly.
