The Duchess of Cambridge is undoubtedly one of the biggest style icons in the world, and she's been stepping out quite a bit lately in some gorgeous, drool-worthy fashions. The style and color of the dresses are always right on point with the event and season. With her exquisite taste, it's no surprise anything she wears goes flying off the shelves. So what are some of her best recent ensembles that are undoubtedly going to have fashionistas swooning?
Hobbs "Wessex" dress
The Duchess has no problem letting her sporty side come out, and she did so yet again at the Coach Core launch in London on July 26 by playing a little table tennis. While attending the event with Prince William and Prince Harry, she wore a cream and gray check 50s style Hobbs "Wessex" dress that was belted around the waist. One of the best things about the lovely dressy-casual frock is that it only cost $55.00, so it's extremely affordable.
Roksanda Ilincic dress
She's worn the dove-gray Roksanda Ilincic dress once before as her first outfit worn in America back in July 2011, but it's still lovely enough that it's a favorite. On July 30, the beauty wore the outfit to an event held at the Royal Academy of Arts. The knee-length dress had a draping neckline and was cinched in at the waist. Catherine typically wears her hair down, so it was a nice change to see that she opted for a low bun. Dangling ring-shaped earrings and gray heels completed the look.
Christopher Kane coat dress
While attending the pre-Olympics reception at Buckingham Palace on July 27, the 30-year-old wore a sky-blue Christopher Kane satin coat dress. The long-sleeve frock was belted around the middle and had pockets in the front. She wore her hair down and accessorized with a nude clutch. It was a beautiful, yet stylish, ensemble that was ideal for the event.
Which of her recent looks is your favorite?
