LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- "The City" just got bigger.
Whitney Port's high school pal, Roxy Olin, is joining the MTV reality show as the star's new roommate.

Viewers will meet Roxy when the show's second season premieres on Tuesday, but the new addition said she's known Whitney for a while.
"I've grown up with Whitney," she told People. "I danced with her for four years in high school, and our boyfriends were best friends, so we were always friends. We went our separate ways, but we reconnected instantly. We hang out everyday."

However, Roxy's not just on "The City" - fans can find her playing the role of Michelle on ABC's "Brothers & Sisters," a part of her life that likely won't show up on the reality drama.
"They're only showing one part of who I am," she said of "The City." "They make me out to be a little b****, but I'm not really at all."
While she's got a friend on "The City," "Brothers & Sisters" is a family affair - dad Ken Olin is a producer, mom Patricia Wettig stars on the show and brother Cliff is a writer.

"Sometimes I feel a little left out because I wasn't doing it before, but now that I'm doing it, I feel like, 'Finally,'" she told People. "My whole family was working on it but me."
Though Roxy's just getting started on "The City," she's already starting some drama with its sister show, "The Hills."
"The truth is I find 'The City' to be a little classier," she said in a separate interview with E! Online, adding that she was approached to join "The Hills" "a while ago" and turned it down. "['The City' is] more about work and it's more about fashion and things that I love. I'm proud of the people on the show, other than Olivia Palermo... she's a nightmare."
Sounds like Roxy's ready for the world of reality.
"Whitney can't stand [Olivia] either. None of us can. She's impossible," she continued, before noting, "You've got to have one in the bunch who's a little bit questionable."
