Romance Is In The Air On The New '90210' Set

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- West Beverly's new English teacher, Ryan Matthews, hasn't yet hit the halls of the famed "90210" academy, but the actor who plays him, Ryan Eggold, said there is already love in the air.

"There are already romances on set," Eggold told Us Weekly, though the actor declined to flesh out his comment and explain who had hearts in their eyes.

As for how things are going, Eggold said the cast - which includes Jennie Garth, Anna Lynn McCord, Tori Spelling, Lori Laughlin and Dustin Milligan - are getting along well.

"The chemistry so far is fantastic," he said.

And, he added, the group is becoming fast pals.

"Already friendships [are] forming and it's a really good group of very excited people," he said.
