LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans

Celeb Weight Watch: Jennifer Connelly's dramatic weight loss has been the subject of great speculation on blogs and gossip Web sites, but according to husband Paul Bettany, it's stress related. When asked by OK! Magazine during Monday's 20th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival about her slim figure, the actor told the mag, "I will tell you... My wife just lost her father." Having heard that, we think everyone should cut Jen some slack.

More Celeb Weight Watching: Country star Wynonna Judd is getting into the weight loss product slinging game by signing up as the face of Alli, the over-the-counter weight-loss pill, People reported. "This is about me picking something that I know works for me," Wynonna told the mag. "I can still plan [my work] and not feel like Alli is dictating my life as I have in the past on other programs. It fits into my schedule." Just as along as she keeps her trademark big country flair, we're an ally to her Alli gig!

Tom, Zac, & Madonna Get Razzed: And now for some people not getting any slack, The Razzie Award nominations have been announced and a slew of A-listers including, Zac Efron, Tom Cruise, Mike Meyers, Jessica Alba, Cameron Diaz and Reese Witherspoon have been called out for their less-than-stellar performances in '08. It's sad that as society women are judged so harshly on there weight. All guys want is fake and skinny. Men and even women want them thin and big chested. What happened to acceptance and not judging. We do not understand their pressures, yet we are quick to judge.

She looked much better before, but it's awful how people are so quick to label someone as anorexic without knowing the whole story.

Rent the movie "The Hot Spot" and you tell me what you think is better....She is perfect in the bathing suit scene... She was already looking anorexic before her father died. Sad when such a supposedly "smart actress" get's sucked into the Hollywood weight thing...
