  Where are the parents of these two girls. They are as much of the blame as the girls. Babies don't ask to be born but they are. There are people in this world who want kids but can't have them for one reason or a another. I was one of those people. I would have loved to be able to have kids. I read or hear on the news eery day about people, who have kids, and abuse them.
