LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans

Early Christmas For Brit's Boys: Britney continued her celebratory week Wednesday with a trip to NYC's FAO Schwarz toy store. The pop star and her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, bought car loads of toys at the legendary NYC store. "Each of the boys had one of those soldier guys (employees) to walk around with, and they each had a huge metal trolley cart to fill up," a witness told OK! Magazine. "They picked out hundreds of dollars worth of trucks, cement mixers and RC cars." We think Sean Preston and Jayden James deserved it.

Is Paris Hilton Going To Neverland?: No, not Michael Jackson's former mega-compound, the Disney one with Peter Pan. Paris is hoping to play Tinkerbell in a live-action version of "Tinkerbell," according to New Post's Page Six. Paris has worked on her acting chops lately and showed some comedy prowess in her YouTube spoof of running for president," a source told the paper. "Disney suits saw it and think she may be developing some comedic-actress potential." Interesting casting idea, but we're having trouble imagining the miniature pixie character saying, "Loves it."

Sean Avery Apologizes To Elisha Cuthbert: After referring to former-girlfriend and actress Elisha Cuthbert as "sloppy seconds," Dallas Stars' professional hockey player Sean Avery has apologized. "I would like to sincerely apologize for my off-color remarks to the press yesterday from Calgary," he said in a statement obtained by SportingNews.com. "I should not have made those comments and I recognize that they were inappropriate. It was a bad attempt to build excitement for the game, but I am now acutely aware of how hurtful my actions were. I caused unnecessary embarrassment to my peers as well as people I have been close with in the past." Now back to the penalty box!

Is A Baby In The Works For Ellen & Portia?: Are Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia di Rossi planning for a new member of the family? Ellen recently told AOL TV they are considering it, but thinking hard before taking the next step. "I think that is one of the things about not being able to just accidentally get pregnant and have a child. You really, really have to want one, whether it's trying to figure out how you get pregnant or if you adopt," Ellen said. "I think that's even more of a reason that people that aren't able to have kids should be allowed to adopt because you have to really want a kid, and that's a big responsibility. So we are not taking it lightly. We would really think about it before we did it."

It's easy to buy a gift, it's hard to be a parent.

Lucky Love, the last time I checked a "good mom" actually has sole physical custody of her children. A "good mom" doesn't put getting her career back on track before getting her kids back. A "good mom" would never lose custody of her kids to a shmuck like K-Fed. She's pathetic, I feel soooo sorry for those beautiful little boys.

Michelle R, spoiling your kids rotten is not what's best for them. Then you've just got brats who think they are entitled to whatever the hell they want, and if they don't get it, you'll get drama.

I think people should stop with saying that brittney spears is fat she isn't fat and you all darn well know it.Those kind of comments are what causes girls to get bulimic and god knows what else. You people that make comments like that should be ashamed of yourselfs.Maybe you should step back and take a good look at yourselfs before you start passing judgement on others.

Megan, go on and do your thing. I raised 2 daughters alone and worked like you do, both graduated college and they have learned the value of a dollar and the difference between want and need. No it is not good to OVERINDULGE these 2 little boys, they are learning that Mom buys them tons of toys and then is gone, toys then gone. They do need to learn the word NO, that is what life is about.
