LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Rocco DiSpirito is heading back to the kitchen.

Though the celebrity chef and his "Dancing" partner, Karina Smirnoff, were saved from elimination last week when Misty May-Treanor and Maksim Chmerkovskiy were forced to pull out of the show, the couple couldn't cut the "Dancing With the Stars" mustard in Week 4 and were asked to pack their ballroom shoes.

"I have nothing but grateful feelings [for] the entire cast and crew," Rocco said as he was served up a platter of defeat. "Karina, teaching me how to dance must [have felt] like pushing a stone uphill most times."

But the smiling chef didn't leave with a grin and a final dance. Instead. Rocco asked judge Bruno Tonioli for a little help before saying goodbye.

"For my final request I would love it if Bruno could teach me how to move my hips properly," Rocco asked.

And Bruno couldn't help himself. Heading down to the dance floor, the credits rolled as Bruno showed off his own hip shimmies.

The remaining eight contestants will hit the dance floor when "Dancing With the Stars" continues next week on ABC.

Unless his attitude has drastically changed in the passed few years, he's an %@!*#. Throughout his joke attempt at the Restuarant Reality Show, he openly displayed just how big a dick he is. It's a shame; I wanted to like him. Before he was "famous" I really liked him on the food network. Now it just seems as if he will do anything for money.

I'm glad he danced, he's a nice guy, he tried. We can all be armchair judges but I thought Susan Lucci sucked, Cloris is there for the laughs, they should have gone first! He's a great chef and we love him
