LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- "Iron Man" duo Robert Downey Jr. and Jon Favreau are reportedly teaming up again - this time trading in hi-tech armored suits for western wear in "Cowboys & Aliens."
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the duo will star in and direct, respectively, the sci-fi Western about aliens attacking cowboys and Native Americans during the mid-1800s in Arizona.

"Star Trek" and "Transformers" writers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci are slated to write and executive produce the project with "Lost" exec producer Damon Lindelof.
"Cowboys & Aliens" could hit theaters as soon as summer 2011, but fans will see Robert and Jon's work in "Iron Man 2," which debuts in theaters on May 7, 2010.
