The battle between Rob Lowe and his wife Sheryl and their second former nanny Laura Boyce is heating up.

In a response to Boyce's claims against the Lowes, he has filed papers, claiming she terrified their children by discussing gang activity in her neighborhood in graphic detail and sharing stories about people having their eyes and limbs cut off, Fox News reports.

The Lowes also claim that Boyce repeatedly used racially inappropriate words and told the kids sordid details about her sex life.

In the papers, Boyce's former friend also states that Boyce would often use the n-word when referring to her African-American friends and make inappropriate comparisons to her boyfriends genitals and household objects.

Lowe and his wife go on to claim that Boyce would self-medicate on Xanax and alcohol. She also would often come to their house with strangulation marks and facial bruising and talk of her physically abusive boyfriend, they claim. (In November 2007, the Lowes say, Boyce did not show up for work, so they filed a missing persons report and "feared for the worst.")

Boyce sued the Lowes in April, alleging that Sheryl Lowe created a "sexually offensive and hostile work environment" by using the "n-word" to describe Boyce's boyfriend.

Boyce also claimed Sheryl often walked around "naked, completely exposing herself."

While she did not accuse Lowe of sexual harassment, she is holding him jointly responsible.

Lowe faces a separate legal battle with another former nanny, Jessica Gibson, who filed a lawsuit against the Lowes April 14.

He preemptively filed lawsuits against both women April 7, claiming they violated their confidentiality agreements and spread lies about his family.

The more that Rob and his wife deny all of this, the more guilty they look!

how do you know that the lowes knew about this stuff while it was happening? maybe the kids were afraid to say anything previously. as 4 why the lowes didn't fire her, they may have been afraid she would be screaming "discrimination!!" don't be so quick to judge.

Yes, they KNEW all the things revealed here about the nanny and yet STILL allowed her to watch their children? I was on their side until I read this article.

Not to mention she didnt show for work and didnt call in? Good riddence-right- no they kept her. All of this after witnessing her self medicate apparently while watching the kids-because surely they did not go into the hood, listening to her inappropriate refrences to male sexual organs, and using profanity. Do they really want to continue to expose their inadequacies in that manner?

Why is it black people can call each other "%@!*#" but not white people? Still baffels me!

First we're all assuming that what they say is true...why? The story is inconsistent and really does shed a negative light on them as parents. According to their own admission they hired a crack head gang member that has an abusive boyfriend to watch over their children, and yet they want me to believe that they and their children have been violated by someone else? Give me a freakin break

I don't believe any of this about the Lowes. People just want money and they will do anything to get it

Between the two of them, I'm certain that they make enough money to stay home with the kids instead of hiring a nanny. Looks like the Mrs. spends too much time in the Botox chair and not enough time at home.

Why don't they stop hiring nannies and take care of their own children? This fighting is definitely not good for the children.

pay alittle more and you might get a better quality nanny. hire a grandmother type and someone separate for the house cleaning.
