LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Rihanna is apparently back out on the scene.

On Tuesday, Rihanna , who is recovering from an alleged beating at the hands of boyfriend Chris Brown on February 8, stepped out at an LA club to celebrate her birthday. And last night, she attended a karaoke night at Geisha House.

" Rihanna came in with five or six girlfriends," the source said of the karaoke night, hosted by Wilmer Valderrama .

The pop star came in "through the back entrance wearing sunglasses," the source said.

Rihanna also wore sunglasses on Tuesday when she celebrated her belated 21st birthday at Coco DeVille, however, last night she took them off, according to the source.

"Everyone said she looked so pretty," the source told Access.

And Wilmer made his guest feel welcome during the evening.

"Wilmer came over and then he sent her a bottle of Cristal," the source said.

Though she appeared to be having a good time, Rihanna did not join the karaoke-ing and Chris Brown was not in attendance according to the source.

I love Rihanna as well and I too wish that they would leave her alone. I agree with donutluv. There have been other stars in the past to get abused and that is something you hear about and then it goes away. No one know what happened between Rihanna and Chris but the two of them and God. He made a mistake as we all do so it is time to move on and move past this horrible incident.

Let's face it. She was mad about the text message and started pounding the boy. When he'd had enough, he hit back. I fell sorry for them both but Chris the most. There is his version, her version and the truth. I don't think we've heard the truth yet.

I believe that rihanna is just like every other female who gets abused, why is she the only one who gets the attention and the help that most women deserve. "it's not fair" Also if its true that he's been beating her for a while thats on her, if you dont leave the first time it happens you know you will never go.I do not feel sorry for her

I wish people would get past what Ri chooses to do with her life. She'll find her way, she's still young and not perfect. This is what happens to people when they THINK they're in love. It happens to millions EVERDAY! She has to live and learn, this dont make her a bad person, she just didn't make the right decision in HER life, who are we to judge.
