The rapper, 31, allegedly assaulted a paparazzo outside Tup Tup, a Newcastle club, at 1:10 a.m., British media is reporting.
The photographer, Terry Blackburn, claims his face was cut and bruised after West shoved the camera in his face and screamed: "Get the f---ing camera off!"
Police arrested him three hours later at the Hilton Hotel in Gateshead, and released him without charges.

West was arrested in L.A. last September after sparring with a photographer. Charges were later dropped.
West also found time Thursday to blog about an interview in which he dissed both Justin Timberlake and Jared Leto.
(In an interview with the AP, West charged that Timberlake missed his chance to become a music MVP. "When Justin went on vacation, I made albums," he said. He also called Leto "my boy," but said he "shouldn't have won" any MTV Video Music Awards.)
West wrote: "I wanna apologize 2 Jared Leto for fronting on him. I read my quote on [PerezHilton.com] and was like damn that was wack of me. I've actually posted his vids on my blog that had incredible cinematography. He actually covered one of my songs. Like they said on Anchorman... You eat s--t Ron Burgandy! Yes, I eat s--t for that one."

BLANKThis is in reference to Goddess's comment: Kanye is arrogant, bull-headed, and a little over the top, but he wasn't raised in the ghetto. Just because he is Black does not mean that he came from the ghetto. His mom was Dr. West, who had several degrees, and was a college professor.
