Justin Bieber plans to take a DNA test when he returns to the United States in two weeks to prove he is not the father of Mariah Yeater's baby, TMZ reports.

The 17-year-old singer — who's in Europe — also plans to sue Yeater, 20, once the test results come back and show her assertions are bogus, as he expects. Bieber and his team want to file suit against Yeater to show there are consequences when such allegations are made.

Justin Bieber on fathering Mariah Yeater's baby: "None of it is true"

Yeater filed a paternity suit against Bieber last week, claiming that he is the father of her 3-month-old child and seeking financial support. In the suit, she claimed they had sex backstage at one of his Los Angeles concerts. TMZ reported on Friday that Yeater had originally claimed her ex-boyfriend, John Terranova, was the father of her then-unborn child, but he insisted the allegations were false.

"To set the record straight, none of it is true," Bieber said during a brief appearance on Today show Friday. "I know I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim. It's crazy, because every night after the show I've gone right from the stage right to my car."
