The supermodel and real estate developer dated for two years. They broke up last March, but have since reconciled.

Machpherson will reportedly move to Florida to be with Soffer, whose business is based out of Miami.
This will be the second marriage for both. Macpherson was married to photographer Gilles Bensimon for three years in the '80s. She also has two sons from a previous relationship with Arpad Busson.
