Blake Fielder-Civil is gearing up to file for divorce from his wife of less than two years,
Amy Winehouse , after seeing photos of her getting cozy with a new beau while vacationing in St. Lucia, the
Daily Mail reports.
Celebrity lawyer Henri Brandman revealed to the MailOnline that Fielder-Civil told him to file on grounds of Winehouse's adultery. The Web site reports that Fielder-Civil -- who is currently in jail on a probation violation stemming from assault and trial fixing charges -- will likely go after half of the Grammy-Award winning singer's estimated $30 million fortune.

The "Rehab" singer has been on an extended vacation on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia, where she's been photographed kissing 21-year-old Josh Bowman.

News of the World. "Especially as I met Josh here. He couldn't be more different from my husband, which isn't a bad thing."
Further slamming Fielder-Civil -- whom she eloped with in Miami in May 2007 -- Winehouse called him "rubbish in bed...almost every time I slept with him, it was like I was dead."
Winehouse -- who has been in and out of the hospital after suffering allergic reactions to prescription drugs, per her reps -- also told the paper she was "horrified" by photos of herself while high on drugs.
"My skin was a spotty mess and I was so pale and skinny. I thought to myself, 'Girl, you got to sort yourself out or you'll be dead soon,'" she said. "I was depressed, doing drugs and had no life in me at all. Coming here has changed everything."
