Rep: Tara Reid Not Engaged!

Tara Reid is not engaged to French fashion executive for J & Company, Julien Jarmoune.

Its just a rumor, not true," a rep for Reid tells Usmagazine.com.

The couple met while Reid was researching her new swim suit line Manta, according to the National Enquirer.

I feel like Im in a really great place in my life, and I love what Im doing," Reid said recently of her work as a designer. "I love acting but I cant hire myself. If this works, then were in business. If not, I tried.

Reid, 32, and Jarmoune were photographed showing major PDA at Blush Nightclub in Las Vegas, following Reid's clothing line debut on August 28.

Reid has been linked to Tom Brady, and JC Chasez.

She was previously engaged to former MTV VJ Carson Daly in 2001.

"If I would have married Carson, I'd probably have kids by now... I wouldn't have had all that crazy partying. My life would have been completely different," Reid once said.
