"Mariska is recovering well and is expected to return to SVU in the next couple of weeks," her publicist and the reps for Law & Order: Special Victims Unit told Us Monday in a joint statement.
This was the third time Hargitay had been hospitalized for a collapsed lung since December. The star had been sidelined over the holidays and then again on Jan. 12 with a pneumothorax -- the medical term for the condition.

"She is undergoing routine tests and expects to be feeling better soon," her rep told Us Wednesday.
Although her rep said that "production will not be affected," Hargitay -- who plays Detective Olivia Benson on SVU -- will not be in one episode.
