LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Kelly Osbourne has checked herself into a rehab facility, the singer's personal rep confirmed to Access Hollywood.
" Kelly Osbourne has voluntarily entered a medical facility to address some personal issues," the rep told Access. "Her family supports and stands by her."

The singer's mother, Sharon Osbourne , spoke to Radar Online about her daughter seeking help. "Kelly will tell you herself when she gets out," the "Rock Of Love: Charm School" star said of the reason she entered rehab. "We just pray that everything's going to be okay."
Sharon told Radar that the entire family, including Kelly, dad Ozzy and brother Jack had been hard at work on their new variety show, "Osbournes Reloaded," before the problem arose. "She [had] been working right up until she went in," Sharon added. "However, we are all very glad Kelly's doing it."

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Kelly was arrested earlier this year for allegedly slapping a reporter in a London nightclub last summer, according to People. When contacted by Access, a spokesperson for Scotland Yard confirmed an arrest, however, would not confirm Osbourne's identity.
Authorities also said the woman was released on bail and is scheduled to return to the central London police station in March.
