BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (November 6, 2007) - Actress Rebecca De Mornay was arrested by Beverly Hills police on October 30, Access Hollywood has learned.
According to police, the actress was stopped around 10:30PM on Sunset Blvd. for an unknown traffic violation.

However, "during the traffic stop, officers immediately detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage."
After being asked to perform a series of field sobriety tests, officers determined De Mornay "was driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage." She was then placed her under arrest and taken into custody.
Police told Access her blood alcohol level was .09. The actress, who was by herself in the vehicle at the time of the arrest, was cited and released from the Beverly Hills police station at 12:44AM.
De Mornay's film credits include "Lords of Dogtown," "The Hand That Rocks The Cradle" and "Risky Business." Most recently, she starred as Cissy Yost on HBO's short-lived surfer series "John From Cincinnati."
