    Ratings: Survivor Has Lowest Premiere Ever

    It hasn't been a good couple of days for Jeff Probst.

    A day after his daytime talk show was canceled, Survivor: Caramoan — Fans vs. Favorites opened to the series' lowest premiere ever, falling 23 percent to 9 million viewers and a 2.4 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic. Lead-out CSI (9.1 million, 2.1) dropped three-tenths.

    American Idol (13.4 million, 4.3) also had down night, slipping to its lowest demo rating since its first season in July 2002.

    Most of ABC's and NBC's shows were flat or rebounded from last week's numbers, with Modern Family (10 million, 3.8) rising a tenth from a season low.

    On The CW, Arrow (3.3 million, 1.1) and Supernatural (2.5 million, 1.0) were up and flat, respectively.
