Tone Loc collapsed on stage while performing at a concert in downtown Des Moines, Iowa Saturday, The Associated Press reports.
The 47-year-old rapper, whose real name is Anthony Smith, collapsed after finishing a song. Fans were asked to leave the show shortly thereafter, according to the Des Moines Register.

Smith's condition was unknown as of Sunday.
In 2009, the "Funky Cold Medina" singer collapsed and had a seizure on stage during a concert in Pensacola, Fla. His rep at the time said he had overheated, according to the AP.
