Rachael Ray ring in the big 4-0?
By skydiving.
For the fourth time.
"I find it strangely calming," she told Lifeline Live in an interview about the new season of her show,
USA Today reports. "I feel at peace afterward."

Relax everything's fine.
She said she has "perfect blood pressure," but she has bruised her vocal chords.
"I never shut up long enough for that to heal," said Ray, who added that she does "about 280 episodes" a year. "Theyre going to try to teach me how to speak properly. I dont know if an old dog can learn new tricks, but I'm going to try."
She has been taking antacids, downing herbal tea and using an Echinacea spray. "I must learn how to change the way I speak," she said.
Ray is gearing up for her third season of her daytime talk show (premiering Monday, September 8).
Her first guest:
Ed McMahon.
"
Ed McMahon is absolutely amazing. What a icon. What a gentleman," she said.
She said she was "really impressed" that he confessed his
recent financial woes.
"He bonded with all of America by telling them, 'Hey, you guys arent the only ones suffering,' Ray said. "I thought that was a such brave, cool, honest thing."
