Filming for the Sex and the City sequel officially began Tuesday morning, and the leading lady -- wearing a white Halston Heritage dress, sky high gold Christian Louboutin heels and a Chanel clutch -- was the first star on set, an eyewitness tells Usmagazine.com.

Cameras rolled as Parker, 44, shot several takes of a scene in which she leaves the luxe New York City apartment building she and Big (played by Chris Noth) bought and sold in the first film.
"She comes out as Carrie Bradshaw, puts on her sunglasses, looks around and starts walking," the onlooker tells Us. "She looks pretty happy to be back at work."
The other stars -- Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis -- were not on set.

What can fans come to expect in the sequel?
Producers wanted to include an overseas storyline in which Big takes a new job in Dubai after he's affected by the recession, but the United Arab Emirates' government rejected the request citing moral reasons, sources told Us Weekly.
Noth hinted to Us in March that producers are "probably thinking" about babies for Big and Carrie, who wed in the first movie.

Parker, however, wouldn't dish.
"In a million years I'm not going to give you an indication," she said jokingly. "I want someone to show up that first weekend."
The second installment debuts May 28, 2010 -- around the same time the first flick, which hit theaters May 30, 2008 and earned $412 million worldwide.

J.B.Wow! Truly can't wait. Never saw the 1st one, actually just got into the series. Lovin' it lots! Personally, I think Carrie should totally end up with the hottest guy ever to be featured on the show--Aidan. He's practically PERFECT! ElmI dont see Carrie having babies, she's more of a world traveler and fashionista. She has always been "allergic" to kids in the series.
